By your viewing or use of this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Spellcasters.org in regard to the governing of the relationship between you, as a Client, and Spellcasters.org, as the service provider.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SPELLCASTERS.ORG. You agree that these Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between you and our website concerning all products and services. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the website. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website:

 

 

1. General Terms

All users have to be 18 years or older in order to use our services. SPELLCASTERS.ORG provides spell casting services to clients. SPELLCASTERS.ORG provides these services on behalf of our clients. SPELLCASTERS.ORG is provided solely for the use of current and potential clients and may not be used by any other person or entity, or for any other purpose. Please refer to our FAQ and About Us page for further information regarding SPELLCASTERS.ORG’s mission and purpose.

All requests for services can only be made through SPELLCASTERS.ORG. Completion of all information is required for services to be rendered. SPELLCASTERS.ORG may refuse service for any reason and without notification.

 

2. Payment Terms

All billing is performed by PayPal and is immediate. When the transaction is completed it is non-refundable and final. If you suspect that your account has been double charged for our service, please email us a copy of the bank statement highlighting the double charge to support@spellcasters.org.

 

3. Trademark and Copyright

SPELLCASTERS.ORG and its Content are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other laws. Specifically, SPELLCASTERS.ORG does not convey to anyone, through allowing access to SPELLCASTERS.ORG, any ownership rights in SPELLCASTERS.ORG or in any Content whatsoever appearing on or made available through SPELLCASTERS.ORG.

 

4. Warranty Disclaimer

SPELLCASTERS.ORG and its content are provided “as is”. SPELLCASTERS.ORG and its licensors disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, regarding any such content or the content of any sites linked to this website, and your ability or inability to use SPELLCASTERS.ORG and its content.

We make no representation as to the validity, authenticity, quality, correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability of products. All products and services associated in any way with the website are to be used, under law, for entertainment purposes only and neither the information nor the services provided should be used as a substitute for competent medical, psychological or legal advice. We make no representations with regard to whether spell casting, or other goods or services are real or legitimate. All statements to the contrary on the site or otherwise made by any employee or representative, are expressly disclaimed.

 

5. Liability

Use of SPELLCASTERS.ORG and its content is at your sole risk. SPELLCASTERS.ORG will in no event be liable to you or any person or entity claiming through you for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or other damages under any theory of law for any errors in or the use of or inability to use SPELLCASTERS.ORG and its content including without limitation, damages for lost profits, personal injury, property damage, business, data, or damage to any computer systems, even if you have advised SPELLCASTERS.ORG of the possibility of such damages.

 

6. Indemnity

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SPELLCASTERS.ORG, its subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliated persons or companies from any and all claims, demands, causes of actions, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, arising out of Your use, purchase or viewing of SPELLCASTERS.ORG, its service and its Content.

 

7. Responsibilities

SPELLCASTERS.ORG is not responsible for any damage and any loss which the Client suffers in connection with the Client's use of SPELLCASTERS.ORGs services. SPELLCASTERS.ORG thus is not liable for direct losses and indirect losses, including income losses, damages, data loss and recovery of data.

By placing your order and using our products or services, you, the client, assumes full responsibility for the use or misuse of our products and services. You understand that it is up to you, the client, to make decisions in your own life. Wisely utilize your own judgment in the use SPELLCASTERS.ORG’s spell casting services. Spells may or may not work depending on what choices you make. You have the free will to do anything you wish and that can make the spell either not work or work.

 

8. Website, Service Provider and Client relationship

SPELLCASTERS.ORG may discontinue, suspend or modify SPELLCASTERS.ORG at any time without notice, and SPELLCASTERS.ORG may block, terminate or suspend your and any user’s access to SPELLCASTERS.ORG at any time for any reason in its sole discretion, even if access continues to be allowed to others.

SPELLCASTERS.ORG and its content, including without limitation the information, graphics, products, features, functionality, services and links may be changed, deleted or updated without notice.

 

9. Amendment

Unless amended or modified, these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect. We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this website. You understand and agree that if you purchase items from the website after the date on which the Terms and Conditions are revised, we will treat your continued use of the website and/or purchase of items from us as acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by SPELLCASTERS.ORG without notice at any time and for any reason.

 

10. Data Security

Communications from SPELLCASTERS.ORG to the Client regarding the Client relationship will initially be via email. The Client may also have given his/her consent to SPELLCASTERS.ORGs continuous contact via e-mail regarding products and offers from SPELLCASTERS.ORG. The Client may always opt-out of marketing material from SPELLCASTERS.ORG via the link in the email.

When using SPELLCASTERS.ORG’s services, SPELLCASTERS.ORG is entitled to record information regarding the Client, including Client’s name, address and email, in SPELLCASTERS.ORG’s Client database. SPELLCASTERS.ORG’s treatment of such information is subject to, and will be in accordance with, the law concerning the processing of personal data. SPELLCASTERS.ORG will keep all your information private.  We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

 

11. Links to other web sites

There are links on SPELLCASTERS.ORG site which allow you to visit the sites of third parties. Neither these sites nor the companies to whom they belong are controlled by SPELLCASTERS.ORG. SPELLCASTERS.ORG makes no representations concerning the information provided or made available on such sites nor the quality or acceptability of the products or services offered by any persons or entities referenced in any such sites. SPELLCASTERS.ORG has not tested and makes no representations regarding the correctness, performance or quality of any software found at any such sites. You should research and assess the risks which may be involved in accessing and using any software on the Internet before using it.
